These product files are for your PERSONALLY OWNED AIRBNB PROPERTIES AND EVENTS ONLY. You may not forward, share, copy, sell, or distribute these files, nor their concepts and content, for properties and events outside of your own.
If you are an AIRBNB/ STR CO-HOST or MANAGEMENT COMPANY, you are NOT permitted to use one kit product purchase for implementing in your multiple properties. We are happy to extend a discounted “wholesale” rate per property you serve. Please inquire to discuss a pricing structure that considers your unique needs.
The concepts of each product and its components must be kept in place. Any kit product may be added to/ implemented into other existing presentations and artwork you have designed, as long as The Olive Jar remains credited for its respective parts.
WE DO NOT PERMIT:
Replication of or extraction of any kit product component for reuse, repurposing or resale
The addition of graphic artwork (your LOGO being the exception) to any kit product, whether original or sourced from Canva or other stock image platforms
Crediting other parties for the Signature Superhost Kit designs or concepts
